Maple Chile Lime Glazed Salmon

From start to finish, getting delicious salmon on your plate is quite simple using our Maple Chile Lime Glaze. First, take your portions of salmon and add them to a large ziplock bag. Next, add enough Maple Chile Lime Glaze to the bag to evenly coat the fish. Now zip the bag while removing some of the air out. Place the bag into the fridge for at least 30 mins and up to 24 hours. When ready to cook, place the fish on a foil lined pan spritzed with nonstick spray, and pop under the broiler for approximately 5-7 minutes. Alternately, place the fish on an outdoor grill (350 degrees) for about 10-12 minutes, give or take. Be sure not to place the fish directly onto the grill…use foil with a bit of nonstick spray to prevent sticking. Spoon left over marinade onto fish one third of the way through cook time, and again with about 1 minute left of cook time. Voila! Quick, easy dinner suitable for casual or upscale dining. I like to sprinkle a bit of sesame seeds and scallion on top before presenting. Also, keep in mind the salmon in this dish can easily be substituted with tuna or swordfish as well!
